I'm sure by now you know that I help homeowners buy and sell their properties. However, did you also know that my husband Mike and I rent commercial office space and flip homes as well? We've flipped several homes but the most recent we decided rather than sell it, we're going to rent it on Airbnb and VRBO.
When I first saw the property, it was more “fixer” than “upper,” but I knew it had potential to become something special. Every inch of the renovation required care. What I love about projects like these is that you get to peel back decades of wear, then choose finishes that balanced charm and functionality, all while trying to create a space that feels like home to every guest who walks through the door.
From furniture pieces to finishes, this wasn’t just a flip; it was a chance to build a story back into a house where other's can write a chapter in its book. Mike and I are grateful for the opportunity to see our vision come to life in a property we now call, Modern on Main.
